I have found your service to be very customer oriented. I watched several of the webinars and they have helped me in understanding the process of setting up. I like the fact that you stress to just start and put a basic sign-up form on a blog and/or website. It can always be customized and tweaked later. I set my sign-up form on my blog that last week. I have only had a few people sign up but my blog is less that two months old. I am working on my website and plan on having it up and running this next week. It took me a little while to figure out how to put a form in the middle of the content but your online help solved the problem. If it didn't I would have called your Solutions Team. Just knowing they are there makes me feel like I have a business partner I can consult with if I need to.
